REGISTRATION

 

 

 

NEW CUSTOMER

 

If you are a new customer of HEAVYMERCH.EU and you want to shop, we recommend you to register as a first step. Click on the registration box and please fill in all the required information. Registered customers can get interesting benefits, such as: Discounts, Information about news and promotions, They have an overview of their purchases, They can participate in competitions, etc.

 

When registering or purchasing, the customer can choose the service of sending information about news and promotions by e-mail.

If he is not interested in this information, he can cancel this service at any time by simply editing the registration data or by clicking on the link at the end of the information e-mail.

 

By registering and sending the order, the Customer agrees to the processing of personal data in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act 18/2018 Coll. as amended, for the purposes of registration, ordering goods, sending goods, processing and registration of orders, invoicing, sending e-mails with information about news and special offers, inclusion of customers in marketing events organized by the seller (ONLY in case of customer interest) and for for the purposes of e-mail and telephone communication between the seller and the customer.

 

When registering and ordering goods, the customer will provide the seller with the following personal data: Title, Name and Surname, Postal Address, E-mail Address, Telephone Number and Delivery Address, if different from the postal address.

 

The seller undertakes not to provide any personal data of the consumer or any other information about the consumer to a third party. An exception is the personal data of the consumer necessary for the delivery of goods, provided to the carrier.

 

The customer may revoke the consent to the processing of personal data at any time and request the removal of his personal data from the seller's database.

 

If you are only interested in a one-time purchase, you can fill out and send the order without registration.

 

 

REGULAR CUSTOMER - REPEATED ORDER.

 

For further purchases, just log in. Click on the Login field and enter your e-mail and password.

The next procedure is similar to the first order.

HEAVYMERCH.EU has the most modern security mechanisms for the protection of personal data and data from credit cards and bank accounts.

 

Secure payment of online card payments is ensured for us by Global Payments Europe, through the GP webpay payment gateway. The GPE solution is based on the strictest 3D Secure security standards. Global Payments is a world leader in securing online payments.

 

Communication and data transfer between the customer, the seller and the payment system are secured by the most modern 128-bit SSL technology to protect data transfer.

 

The operator of the HEAVYMERCH.EU online store, the company RB MultiMedia, is in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act 18/2018 Coll. as amended, registered with the Office for Personal Data Protection of the Slovak Republic.

 

Despite all security measures, we recommend that customers make their orders and payments ONLY via personal computers, which are protected by original and regularly updated security (anti-virus) software.

We do not recommend making orders and payments via publicly accessible computers or publicly accessible unsecured WI-FI zones.

 

 

PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION / GDPR

 

The company RB MultiMedia, with its registered office at Súběžná 155/25, Prievidza, 97101, Slovakia, ID / CRN 46840079, Registration - ObU-PD-OZP-2012 / 05397-2 / 340-33516 (hereinafter referred to as the "seller" or "administrator"), processes pursuant to Regulation (EU) No 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46 / EC - GDPR / General Regulation on the protection of personal data (hereinafter "GDPR / Regulation") and Act No. 18/2018 Coll., On Personal Data Protection and on Amendments to Certain Acts, the following personal data:

Address for delivery of goods, if different from the postal address

ID/CRN, UTR and VAT, if the customer is a company

 

The operator of the HEAVYMERCH.EU online store, the company RB MultiMedia, is in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act 18/2018 Coll. as amended, registered with the Office for Personal Data Protection of the Slovak Republic.

 

By registering and sending the order, the Customer agrees to the processing of personal data in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act 18/2018 Coll. as amended, for the purposes of registration, ordering goods, sending goods, processing and registration of orders, invoicing, sending e-mails with information about news and special offers, inclusion of customers in marketing events organized by the seller (ONLY in case of customer interest) and for for the purposes of e-mail and telephone communication between the seller and the customer.

 

The above-mentioned personal data must be processed for the processing of orders and further performance of the contract, if a purchase contract is concluded between the customer and the seller. Such processing of personal data is allowed by Art. 6 par. 1 letter b) GDPR / Regulations - processing is necessary for the performance of the contract.

 

The seller processes this data in the same way for the purpose of recording the contract and possible future application and defense of the rights and obligations of the contracting parties.

The storage and processing of personal data is for the above-mentioned purpose for a period of 10 years from the implementation of the last part of the performance under the contract, unless another legal regulation requires the storage of contractual documentation for a longer period. Such processing is possible on the basis of Art. 6 par. 1 letter c) and f) GDPR / Regulations - processing is necessary for the fulfillment of the legal obligation and for the purposes of the legitimate interests of the controller.

 

News and other business messages may be sent to the buyer to the e-mail address or telephone number, this procedure is enabled by § 62 par. 3 Act no. 351/2011, on electronic communications, unless the buyer rejects it. These notifications can be unsubscribed at any time and in any way (such as by sending an email or clicking on a link in a business announcement).

 

The seller can find out the satisfaction of customers with the purchase by means of e-mail questionnaires. The seller may send them if, in accordance with § 62 of Act no. no. 351/2011 Coll. on electronic communications, as amended, the customer will not refuse to send electronic mail for the purposes of direct marketing. The processing of personal data for the purpose of sending questionnaires may be carried out on the basis of a legitimate interest, which consists in determining the satisfaction of customers with the purchase. Personal data will not be passed on to any third party for its own purposes when sending e-mail questionnaires. The customer can object to the sending of e-mail questionnaires at any time by rejecting other questionnaires using the link in the e-mail with the questionnaire. In case of objection, the questionnaire will not be sent further.

 

The processing of personal data is performed by RB MultiMedia, ie the personal data controller.

 

The Seller / Administrator undertakes that does not provide any personal data of the consumer or any other information about the consumer to a third party. An exception is the personal data of the consumer necessary for the delivery of goods, provided to the carrier.

Personal data will not be transferred to third countries outside the EU.

 

The administrator does not have a person called commissioner. The administrator can be contacted at the email address info@heavymerch.eu.

ORDER

 

 

 

You can order all products offered in our online store:

 

1. By filling out an online order according to the procedure described below on HEAVYMERCH.EU

2. By e-mail - ONLY in case of technical or other problems, based on mutual agreement between the seller and the customer.

 

Order Procedure:

 

1. Registration (New Customer) / Login (Regular Customer)

2. Select the goods and their quantity.

3. Enter the cart.

4. Check the contents of the cart. The contents of the basket can be edited.

5. Select a payment method.

6. Select the mode of transport.

7. If you are a regular customer and you forgot to log in, log in. If you are a new customer or do not want to register, please fill in your personal data, necessary for processing your order and sending the goods.

8. You can write us a note about the order (optional).

9. Confirm your agreement with the company's business and payment conditions.

10. Confirm the order by clicking on the Order goods field.

 

If you do not want to register, skip point 1) and follow the instructions.

 

After ordering the goods, you will receive an e-mail from us confirming the order and information about your purchase.

 

 

Order Cancellation:

The order can be canceled ONLY until the goods are removed from storage.

 

If the goods have already been shipped, the order cannot be canceled. The customer may proceed in accordance with §7 of Act 102/2014 on Consumer Protection in Doorstep and Mail Order Sales.

 

In the event of cancellation of the order of goods, which you paid in advance by credit card or bank transfer, your money will be returned to the account you specify as soon as possible.

 

 

PAYMENT

 

 

 

Payment for the goods can be made:

The variable symbol is the order / invoice number. If possible, we recommend that you also write the order / invoice number in the note for the payee.

 

2) PAY PAL - Payment via your PayPal account.

Visa, Maestro, Master Card, American Express, PayPal payment cards are also accepted in the PayPal system.

YOU DO NOT HAVE TO HAVE A PAYPAL ACCOUNT FOR A CARD PAYMENT !!! (For some regions / countries, a PayPal account is required by the system)

 

3) Cash on delivery - You will pay for the goods upon receipt of the shipment. ONLY in Slovakia !!!

 

 

ATTENTION: If you decide to pay for the order in advance, for example through one of the offered payment systems, we would like to inform you that if the ordered goods are not in stock, we will send the shipment to you only after replenishing stocks from the supplier. You can inquire about the availability of goods at any time, via e-mail.

 

However, it is usually true that if we have the goods in stock, we process orders immediately after crediting your payment to our account.

Cash on delivery:

Free shipping!

When ordering over 100 EUR, you do not pay postage and packaging, but only if the ordered goods are shipped completely in one shipment and in Slovakia.

Registered mail - 1st class:

Shipping + Packaging - 10 EUR for one shipment.

 

 

 

Europe

 

Registered mail - 1st class:

Shipping + Packaging - 15 EUR for one shipment.

TERMS OF DELIVERY

 

 

 

We will send the ordered goods together with the Invoice by post as a registered shipment (1st Class) or Cash on Delivery to the delivery address of your choice.

 

Cash on Delivery is available ONLY in Slovakia !!!

 

You can specify an additional change in the method of delivery or delivery address by e-mail at info@heavymerch.eu .

 

Additional changes can be made ONLY until the goods are removed from storage!

 

We send the goods paid for by credit card or bank transfer immediately after the crediting of your payment to our account.

 

We send the goods to the Cash on Delivery immediately after processing the order and issuing the tax document (invoice).

 

If the goods are not in stock, we send them immediately after replenishment of supplies from suppliers.

 

Personal collection of goods is not possible! We sell goods exclusively in our e-shop and send them by post or courier service!

 

 

Delivery times.

 

Goods in stock: 1 - 10 days.

 

Goods not in stock: 10 - 30 days.

 

Delivery times are for information only. We send the goods in the shortest possible time. The delivery date may differ, depending on the method of delivery, the customer's place of residence and the utilization of the Post. The maximum delivery time is 30 days.

 

 

Contract concluded at a distance.

 

By ordering the goods from the customer and confirming this order by the seller, a purchase and sale contract is concluded between the customer and the seller, in accordance with Act no. 22/2004 Coll. On electronic commerce, as amended and in accordance with Act no. 102/2014 Coll. On consumer protection in doorstep and mail order sales, as amended.

 

Obligations arising from this contract:

 

The seller undertakes:

 

1. Confirm the order by e-mail.

2. Notify the customer by sending the goods by e-mail.

3. Deliver the correct type and quantity of goods, according to the customer's order.

4. Deliver the goods at the agreed price, which was stated at the time of the order.

5. Issue and attach an invoice to the goods as a tax document.

6. Pack the goods appropriately and send them as soon as possible after receiving the order.

7. If it is not possible to deliver the goods for any reason, immediately inform the customer of this fact and offer the customer the option of choosing replacement goods or a refund.

8. If the seller and the customer agree on the replacement of the order (replacement goods), deliver the goods to the customer in the same quality and price as the originally ordered goods.

9. If the seller and the customer do not agree on the replacement of the order, return the amount paid in the shortest possible time, within a maximum of 14 days, to the customer's account.

 

The buyer undertakes:

 

1. Accept the ordered goods.

2. Pay for the delivered goods at its offered and subsequently contractually agreed price, including agreed fees for packaging and delivery of goods.

 

Disclaimer.

 

The seller is not responsible for:

 

1. For any damage on the part of the customer, caused by entering incorrect or incomplete personal data, when filling out the order by the customer.

2. For delayed or incorrect delivery of goods caused by post or courier service.

3. For damage to the goods caused by the post or courier service.

4. For any non-delivery of goods due to the fault of the manufacturer or distributor (supplier), due to any restrictions or unforeseeable obstacles.

5. For any damage caused by incorrect or unprofessional use, storage and maintenance of the goods by the customer.

 

Withdrawal from the contract.

 

Pursuant to § 7 of Act no. 102/2014 Coll. On consumer protection in doorstep and mail order sales, as amended, the Consumer is entitled to withdraw from the contract without giving a reason within 14 working days from the date of receipt of the goods or the conclusion of the service contract, if the seller has timely and properly fulfilled information obligations under this Act.

 

Withdrawal of the consumer from the contract terminates the contract from the beginning.

 

Withdrawal from the contract must be made by the consumer in writing. For reasons of provability, we recommend that you send this written withdrawal from the contract by registered mail, preferably together with the goods.

 

The consumer shall return the goods to the seller within 14 working days from the date of withdrawal from the contract, regardless of whether the goods have been used or have errors that the consumer did not cause. Adequate care for the goods must be maintained!

 

The seller is obliged to take back the goods and return to the consumer the price paid for the goods or services or return the advance to the consumer no later than 14 days from the date of withdrawal from the contract.

 

Procedure for withdrawal from the contract:

 

1. Contact us. By e-mail at info@heavymerch.eu

2. Send us your written withdrawal from the contract by e-mail to info@heavymerch.eu

3. Print a copy of your written withdrawal.

4. After sending the e-mail, pack the goods together with a printed copy of the withdrawal from the contract and send it as a registered shipment to our address. You must return the goods to us within 14 working days from the date of withdrawal from the contract.

5. After delivery of your shipment and return of the goods, we consider Your withdrawal from the contract as official and valid.

6. We will refund you the amount paid for the goods as soon as possible. We will send this amount to the bank account you specify, no later than within 14 days of delivery of the goods with your written withdrawal from the contract.

 

Withdrawal from the contract by the seller.

 

The seller will withdraw from the contract in case of intentional non-acceptance of the delivery on delivery by the consumer.

 

By ordering the goods from the customer and confirming this order by the seller, a purchase and sale contract is concluded between the customer and the seller, in accordance with Act no. 22/2004 Coll. On electronic commerce, as amended and in accordance with Act no. 102/2014 Coll. On consumer protection in doorstep and mail order sales, as amended.

 

The buyer undertakes:

1. Accept the ordered goods.

2. Pay for the delivered goods at its offered and subsequently contractually agreed price, including agreed fees for packaging and delivery of goods.

 

Goods sent by cash on delivery can be picked up at the post office if the addressee does not reach the courier. The storage period for this shipment is 18 days. If the shipment is not received by the recipient by the end of the storage period, the post office will return the shipment to the sender.

 

If for any reason you cannot take delivery of the goods sent by cash on delivery, inform us immediately by e-mail at info@heavymerch.eu . We will agree on the next step.

 

If the shipment is returned to us and the customer has not informed us that he cannot take over the goods, we consider it a breach of the purchase and sale contract concluded at a distance, by the customer.

In such a case, the seller will withdraw from the contract concluded at a distance and will no longer send the goods to the customer repeatedly.

Personal data of customers who intentionally do not take over the goods sent by cash on delivery and thus violate the purchase and sale contract concluded at a distance, will be deleted from the seller's database and no further goods will be sent to them.

Withdrawal from the contract concluded at a distance by the seller and information about the deletion of the customer from the seller's database will be notified to the customer in writing.

 

 

CUSTOMER DISCOUNTS

 

 

 

LOYALTY POINTS

 

Our registered customers will receive loyalty points for each purchase. These points can then be applied to the discount for the next order.

A new customer will automatically receive 10 points upon registration.

 

Loyalty point value:

 

5 EUR = 1 POINT

 

1 POINT = DISCOUNT 0.10 EUR

 

Example:

The customer buys the goods for 100 EUR. He will get 20 points. For the next purchase, they will apply all 20 points to the discount. He will get a discount of 2 EUR.

 

 

DISCOUNT COUPONS

 

Our regular customers have the opportunity to receive discount coupons. The discount coupon will be provided to the customer after reaching a certain value of purchases.

Value of purchases = the sum of all payments made by the customer.

value of purchases 664 EUR = DISCOUNT COUPON 7%

 

value of purchases 996 EUR = DISCOUNT COUPON 8%

value of purchases 2323 EUR = DISCOUNT COUPON 12%

Discount coupons are valid for 1 month. The customer can use the discount coupon ONLY for 1 purchase during its validity period.

Coupons are not automatically assigned to customers. The discount coupon will be provided to the customer only after the processing and evaluation of data on his purchases.

 

 

The operator of the HEAVYMERCH.EU Internet Store reserves the right to make additional changes and modifications to the customer discount system.

 

 

WARRANTY

 

 

 

The warranty period is 24 months.

 

The warranty period begins from the receipt of the goods by the buyer.

 

The warranty covers manufacturing and material defects that occur during the use of the goods.

 

The warranty does not apply to goods that have been mechanically damaged or destroyed by improper or unprofessional use, storage and maintenance of the goods by the customer.

 

The seller is not liable for any damage caused by improper or unprofessional use, storage and maintenance of the goods by the customer.

 

 

COMPLAINTS

 

 

 

You can file a complaint:

Complaint procedure:

 

1. Contact us. By e-mail at info@heavymerch.eu

2. Send us your written complaint with a description of the defect in the goods, by e-mail to info@heavymerch.eu

3. Print a copy of your written complaint.

4. Appropriately pack the claimed goods together with a printed copy of the complaint and send it as a registered shipment to our address.

5. If you want to send the claimed goods immediately, you can skip step 1 - 3 of this procedure. Pack the goods together with a written complaint (description of the defect in the goods) and send it as a registered shipment to our address.

6. After delivery of your complaint, we will send you a confirmation of receipt and application of the complaint to your e-mail address.

7. We handle complaints in the shortest possible time, no later than 30 days from the date of the complaint.

8. In the event of a justified complaint, we will exchange the claimed goods for new ones, if they are still available. If the required goods are unavailable, the customer may choose other replacement goods of the same quality and price or a refund of the amount paid for the claimed goods. We will send this amount to a bank account designated by the customer.

9. We will send you the new goods together with a written document on the handling of the complaint as soon as possible, no later than within 30 days from the date of the complaint.

 

 

RECOMMENDATION

 

 

 

If you receive an info-mail from us about the shipment of goods, but you do not receive it from the post office within the next 7 days, please contact us as soon as possible by e-mail at info@heavymerch.eu . We will confirm the sending of the shipment and provide you with the delivery number of the undelivered shipment, which you can then request from the relevant department of your post office.

 

This situation can occur due to post office, if the post office does not deliver the notification of the shipment to the recipient and then returns it to the sender as unclaimed.
